You will be in for a surprize as the winner will get to run the shop until the head chef returns. Invite your customers at the order station and take their orders there, pin them on the wire above and then move straight to the grilling station. Fry the burger to the customers requests and then move immediately to the build station whilst its still hot. There you should make the burger and serve it together with the order to your client. If you did goot there will be lots of dollars coming in.
